OPEN POSITION Full-time Administrative Assistant/HR/Finance Supervisor Clerk of the Board Pacific Transit has an immediate opening in our Raymond Office for a Full-time Administrative Assistant/HR/Finance Supervisor employee.
The Assistant will serve under the Director and serve as a front-line supervisor.
This position will oversee office personnel, and operators in absence of Director.
Provides clerical support including dispatching.
Must know considerable knowledge of the functions of the Human Resources Department including hiring.
Must have experience in finance including working with grants.
Will serve as the Clerk of the Board for the Transit Authority.
Must have a minimum five years' experience in HR and finance; minimum five years in a public sector and elected officials; minimum three years in a supervisory role of union represented employees.
Must be able to keep data confidential; must have good verbal and written communication skills.
