Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Pediatrics

A beloved community hospital in scenic Western Washington State seeks a Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Pediatrics to join their dedicated nursing administration team!


Reporting to the Nurse Director Medical Surgical Pediatrics, the Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Pediatrics will oversee a 32-bed Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Pediatric unit. The Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Pediatrics will oversee 50 FTEs, including 34 Med/Surg and Pediatric RNs, 21 NACs, 6 Monitor Techs, 1 Staff Assistant, and 1 Ward Clerk. The Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Pediatrics will also collaborate frequently with nurse leadership in Critical Care and Surgical Services.


The  Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Pediatrics will oversee all day-to-day clinical functions and will work collaboratively with the Director on patient safety and staff development initiatives. In collaboration with Physicians, Nurses, and Executives, the  Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Pediatrics will work to embed the organization's mission, vision and values into quality patient care.
